Cancellation Policy

Because our small-group experiences and custom private tours require meticulous planning, local asset booking, and limited spaces, we enforce a transparent cancellation policy to balance fair hospitality with operational realities.

Public Group Tours

Time of Cancellation Notice Refund Eligibility
7+ days prior to scheduled tour 100% Full Refund (minus credit card processing fees)
3 to 6 days prior to scheduled tour 50% Partial Refund
Less than 72 hours or No-Show Non-refundable

Private & Customized Tours

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund of the amount paid, minus any non-recoverable direct deposits made to third-party vendors (e.g., private wineries, boutique workshops).
  • Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days prior will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date are non-refundable. However, we are happy to work with you to reschedule your private experience to an alternative date within 12 months, subject to availability.

Cancellations by Shalom Carmel

In rare, extreme circumstances where we must cancel a tour due to severe weather, safety alerts, or sudden guide illness, you will be offered an immediate 100% full refund or the option to transfer your booking to an alternative date.
