1. Booking and Financial Guarantees
- All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received.
- Prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice, though confirmed bookings will always be honored at the original rate.
2. Participant Responsibilities & Health
- Our tours involve walking, nature exploration, and varying outdoor terrain (such as vineyard visits or foraging walks). It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they are physically fit enough to participate.
- Participants must arrive punctually at designated meeting areas (e.g., the Binyamina Train Station or pre-arranged private venues). Shalom Carmel is not liable for missed itineraries due to guest delays.
3. Liability Limitation
- While we operate under strict professional standards as a certified local guide entity, Shalom Carmel, its founder, and employees are not liable for personal injury, property loss, or flight/travel delays caused by third-party infrastructure (such as Israel Railways or independent vehicle providers).
- We strongly advise all international guests to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip interruptions and medical expenses.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content, storytelling frameworks, photography, and educational lecture materials provided on the website or during “Walks & Talks” remain the intellectual property of Shalom Carmel and cannot be reused for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.
